We are a professional, discreet and hardworking married couple from Poland with experience in luxury hospitality, housekeeping and the daily care of high-standard properties. Polish is our native language, and we both communicate confidently in English in our daily work with international guests and colleagues.

As a married couple who already work together professionally, we understand how to divide responsibilities, communicate efficiently and support one another during demanding working days.

We are naturally organised people and enjoy keeping our own home clean, comfortable and well maintained. We believe that our practical skills, hospitality experience and ability to work together make us well suited to caring for a private residence.

We currently work as Head Room Attendants at The Alpina Gstaad, a prestigious five-star hotel in Switzerland known for its discreet, highly personalised service and exceptional attention to detail. Working in this environment has taught us how to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, privacy and guest care.

We are accustomed to working with discerning international guests, including VIPs and high-profile individuals. We understand that excellent private service is not only about completing tasks correctly. It also requires discretion, anticipation, flexibility and the ability to notice individual preferences without being intrusive.

We know how important it is for a private residence to feel calm, organised and properly cared for at all times. We take pride in creating this kind of environment and are comfortable working independently as well as alongside other household staff.

MARCIN

Houseman, Property Care and Driver

Marcin is practical, technically minded and confident in handling a wide range of household and property-related tasks.

He has experience using most common hand and power tools and is capable of carrying out basic household repairs, minor maintenance and practical problem-solving. He understands the importance of recognising when a task can be handled independently and when a qualified specialist should be contacted.

His practical skills include:

• Basic household repairs and maintenance
• Confident use of hand and power tools
• Assembling and adjusting furniture and household equipment
• Identifying and reporting technical or maintenance issues
• Supporting contractors and supervising access to the property

Marcin holds a valid Category B driving licence and has extensive driving experience. He is a confident, smooth and safety-conscious driver, is comfortable driving different types of vehicles, including premium cars, and understands that professional driving requires discretion, punctuality, careful planning and responsibility. Klaudia also holds a valid Category B driving licence.

His vehicle-related skills include:

Housekeeper, Laundress and Family Cook

Klaudia combines luxury housekeeping experience with a professional background in gastronomy.

She studied cooking and nutrition and feels confident preparing fresh, balanced and well-presented meals. Cooking is a natural part of her daily routine, and she enjoys adapting recipes to the preferences, lifestyle and dietary requirements of the household.

She has experience assisting at private events such as weddings and birthday celebrations and is comfortable preparing meals for families and groups of up to approximately ten people. Coming from a large family, she is also accustomed to organising and preparing food for holidays and family gatherings.

Her cooking style is based mainly on light European and Mediterranean food, although she is comfortable working with a wider variety of cuisines.

She can prepare, among other things:

• Family-style breakfasts, lunches and dinners
• Light and balanced everyday meals
• Grilled, steamed and oven-baked dishes
• Pasta, risotto, soups, salads and vegetable dishes
• Fish, seafood and meat dishes

She enjoys learning new recipes and is comfortable following family recipes, written instructions or menus created by a chef or nutritionist. She focuses on freshness, cleanliness, presentation and the responsible use of ingredients.
